My name is Dr. Sarah Faaborg

I am a board certified Internal Medicine physician originally from Eastern Montana. I started my healthcare career humbly as a CNA in the local Malta, MT nursing home. I eventually went on to medical school at the University of Washington and residency in Portland, OR. For the past 11 years, I have practiced in Missoula caring for adults 18 and older. I have acquired more than just a sweet doodle dog and bossy Bengal cat in that time. I have also acquired a great appreciation and recognition of patients’ vulnerabilities and faith to allow me to be their trusted physician. I believe in healing. Where medicine treats the disease, healing treats the person. I look forward to getting to know more of you and being part of your journey.

My name is Marnie Deschamps, AGNP-C

I am an adult geriatric nurse practitioner (AGNP), wife, mother, and dog and cat mom. I originally herald from Rhode Island but have always felt more at home with the mountains and rivers in Missoula, where I have lived for more than 20 years now. I specialized in geriatrics for the first 4 years of my career and have a passion for providing respectful, kind, and compassionate care at every stage of adult life. I continually seek new opportunities for growth and learning – but I always learn the most from my patients. I look forward to meeting you and am truly honored that you will trust me with your healthcare.
