Services

We are a full-service primary care clinic for those 18 and older. We offer everything from routine wellness visits to management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and obesity. Receiving complete care in one office leaves you more time to do the things that matter.

Blood Test

Lab draws* and point of care testing that includes:

Hemoglobin A1C
Urine microalbumin
Flu, strep, RSV
Urine analysis for UTI
INR
Blood glucose
EKG

*Some specialty lab draws may require referral to one of the local hospitals or Lab Corp.

* Preventative labs may result in out of pocket costs. Know your benefits.
